Glorious Sunshine!

I can feel the sun return. It shines in my eyes on the way home from work. Even though we are having freezing temperatures in London, the warmth of the sun is slowly melting the snow from roofs and driveways.

Saturday sunshine is perfect for taking pictures and here's my sunbathing beauty:

  3. Beautiful! Do you not agree that this could be a family heirloom?

  4. Well, Peg, it seems that an heirloom shouldn't be worn and I intend to wear this vest.

I was in an interesting conversation with a co-worker about how a different sort of heirloom that was being worn and he was indignant at the thought of it being used-up. So, I guess if I were to create an heirloom it would be something that I don't intend to use.

So beautiful it takes my breath my away! I feel that what makes something an heirloom is its sentimental value. Perhaps wearing it makes it more valuable.
