A Puzzlement

Last night, I bought both my boys fedoras and flip flops at their request. My almost 15 year-old son just walked out the door dressed in athletic pants, a t-shirt, flip flops and his fedora. No doubt he's quite pleased with his look but it's a puzzlement to me.

In the interests of teen-aged dignity, there are no photos at this time. Perhaps after they've had a chance to break in the new duds.

  2. Um, yeah. My boy has no interest in/sense of style, so he's easy, but the girl? Hoo, yeah, she has some ideas (fashion, make-up, jewelry). And I don't always agree with them. And it's an interesting era in my family's evolution.

This too shall pass. Let's just knit, shall we?

  3. Are they wool or straw fedoras? I never leave the house without a hat. I'm surprised more people don't wear them and they look better than caps.

  4. My 10 year old grand son arrived at our house for his vacation time with a Fedora. What goes around comes around, eh?
